RREUN accepts Returns and Exchanges in the following instances:

Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered
Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt
Product (s) delivered do not fit
In all the cases above, please be advised:

The product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition, with its original tags intact.

1. Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered

If the product delivered is incorrect, we can either do a size exchange or issue you a credit note or code which you can redeem against a purchase from rreun.com within the next 90 days.

The shipping costs for returning the product purchased for exchange will be borne by the RREUN team in this case.

2. Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt

If the product delivered is damaged on receipt, we can either do a product replacement or we can issue you a credit note or code which you can redeem against a purchase from rreun.com within the next 90 days. We can also issue a refund in such cases but the refunds will be processed only after we have received the damaged product in our Warehouse and it has been inspected by our Quality Control team.

The shipping costs for returning the product purchased for exchange will be borne by the RREUN team in this case.

3. Product (s) delivered do not fit

a) The customer ordered a standard size from our website

If the product delivered has sizing issues, we can either do a size exchange or issue you a credit note or code which you can redeem against a purchase from rreun.com within the next 90 days.

If we send the wrong size, the return and exchange costs will be borne by the RREUN team. If the customer chooses the wrong size, the return and exchange costs will be borne by the customer.

b) Customers Receive Custom Printed Garments

If the product you receive has a sizing issue or other issue that is our responsibility, we will return the item to our warehouse for a detailed inspection. In this case, the shipping costs for returning the item for an exchange will be borne by the RREUN team. We can either remake the garment to the correct customization or issue you a refund voucher or code, which you can use for your next purchase on rreun.com within the next 90 days.

If the customization provided by the customer is incorrect, we will charge a replacement fee based on a predetermined incremental amount. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs. Customers can choose a partial refund or a refund voucher, but the specific amount is mutually agreed upon and may vary depending on the fabric, material, and customization.

You may return unused, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 10 business days of receipt, along with the original tags and sales receipt. Please use a trusted courier of your choice to return your merchandise. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We will not issue a replacement if the merchandise is found to be damaged.

Refunds are only available if the product received contains a manufacturing defect confirmed by the brand.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process and resolve any exchanges.
